Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems

The Hydraulics and Pneumatics course explores the scientific theory and practical application of hydraulic and pneumatic systems on board aircraft. This course will discuss basic hydraulic and pneumatic components, operation, principles and will review basic servicing procedures.

System maintenance including servicing, component replacement, and adjustments are also covered in this course. Students will gain a working knowledge of the typical types of aircraft hydraulic and pneumatic systems and how to properly maintain them.
